At Lazy Marriage™, we’re committed to transparency and customer satisfaction. Here’s everything you need to know about how we handle shipping, returns, and refunds for both digital and physical products.

All physical products (t-shirts, mugs, etc.) are made to order and fulfilled by a trusted third-party provider such as Printful or Printify.

• Processing Time: 2–5 business days
   
• Shipping Time (U.S.): 5–10 business days
   
• International Shipping: 10–20 business days (may vary by location)
   
• Tracking: Provided by email once your order ships
   

Please note: Shipping times are estimated, not guaranteed.
 

Our digital products (Starter Kit, PDF guides, challenges, toolkits, etc.) are delivered instantly to your email upon purchase.

• Check your spam or promotions folder if you don’t see your download link within 5–10 minutes
   
• Digital files are non-refundable once delivered
   

All digital downloads and virtual toolkits are non-refundable due to their immediate access and consumable nature.

We do not accept returns for change of mind, wrong size, or personal dislike of the product. However, we will replace items if:

• The product arrives damaged
   
• There is a manufacturing defect
   
• You received the wrong item
   

To request a replacement:

• Email LazyMarriage@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery
   
• Include a clear photo of the issue and your order number
   

If approved, a new item will be sent at no cost. Refunds are not issued unless a replacement cannot be fulfilled.
 

Because our merch is custom-made on demand, orders cannot be canceled once sent into production. Please double-check your order before confirming your purchase.
